LEAH SILBERMAN

Producer/Creative Executive

Most recently, she produced the MSNBC Films' documentary "Serving in Secret," co-produced by TIME Studios and directed by her long-time creative partner, two-time Emmy nominated Producer Jonathan T. Baker. Leah also worked under JB on Amazon's hit film "Sylvie's Love" (2020) and as Associate Producer for "Manifest Destiny Down: Spacetime" (2019).


Alongside Emily Shearman, Leah co-produced NightRoad Studios music video productions "In My Breath" (MA/SA) and "Signs" (Quinn Alexander). She starred in and co-composed the score for the Didier Konings-helmed short film, "Seized," featured on DUST.

As musical artist Leah Capelle, she been releasing music on her self-run label since 2014, toured the country, been a panelist at various music industry conferences, and been published in several notable online music publications including iHeart Radio, Paste Magazine, American Songwriter, NYLON, Ladygunn, PARADE, PRIDEMag, and Betches. She was recently awarded "Best Original Song" at the Hollywood Independent Music Awards (HIMA), and writes music for sync licensing, including cuts on Disney Channel, CBS, and the Life is Strange: True Colors video game.

Leah graduated from University of Southern California’s Thornton School of Music with high honors with a Bachelor of Science in Music Industry. Prior to USC, she attended Berklee College of Music as a Vocal Performance and Music Business double-major.
